Best Apartment building in Canada

E	Era Boka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left from this building and it was the worst year! 1. The elevators smell very bad everyday because of dogs peeing. 2. It’s very cold during winter and the cold can come in from the windows because they don’t close properly. 3. Lady who works there is very rude and she is not welcoming at all. 4. For things that are broken you pay for them yourself because they won’t fix it. 5. Every week there is a water valve shut off.

You couldn't even tell which suites were renovated because the work is so poorly done. But here's the kicker - there was a condom hanging from the window in the empty "renovated" suite...... No I'm not kidding Went home and took a shower immediately after leaving this building. Sheesh
V	Victor Paixao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My apartment was very hot on summer and very cold on winter because the balcony's door doesn't shut the whole outside air flow. Garage wasn't cleaned for 2 years I was there and the elevator doesn't go to the 2nd sub-level. There is no locker and because of that, many tenants leave their rubbish in the balconies, giving an ugly appearance to the building. Comparing rent price vs benefits I would not recommend it.
D	Diana L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever. She’s so rude and disrespectful. She is neglegent and doesn’t care about the well being of others. She will hassle you for any and everything. Elevators never work. Rent goes up every year EVEN during COVID and she never fixes anything. No improvements made the the building. She just pockets the money and leaves you to drown in the extremely high rent. Oh and you have to pay for visitors parking - what a joke

Their is a cleaning company that cleans all the common areas. The building is always clean. The supers are always pleasant. Sometimes it take a while to get maintenance done, but it always gets done. I guess due to COVID, they are limiting work on maintenance. Overall, great building..great staff!

Management is always nice to me. The assistant is always smiling and willing to help. I broke my leg before COVID and she went out of her way to get my medication from shoppers drug mart because I could not drive. The area is very quiet. Friendly neighbours.

Prior to signing the lease, the leasing agent who was very pleasant showed us a renovated and non renovated unit to give us options. I don't understand where all these negative reviews are coming from. We understood that the maintenance wasnt complete and will be completed prior to move in and it was. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and all repairs were completed as promised. Estelle, the property manager was very helpful and informative. People don't understand that it is an older building and management is trying their very best to keep it cleaned.
