O	Owen G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely STUNNING units. Newly renovated, with all new appliances. Would have loved to get one of these units, but unfortunately they can only offer 1 parking spot per unit, and there is no way to pay for additional due to the small size of the parkade.

The snow and ice are cleared very quickly and the place is kept well. There is a direct express for downtown access right from the front of the property. There are frequent buses to the York Mills subway station too. They have many configurations of town homes available too. The parking is secured and underground. It can be accessed by key fobs or access codes. There is a park nearby and good schools too

Their email communications are written so unprofessionally with bold, capital letters including their notices posted around the complex. They've removed all garbage bins so they don't have to clean it, and they post non rent payments on unit doors for everyone to see! This has the tenant name and rent amount on it. Also, who power washes a garage on a Saturday when everyone is home and expect us to find parking elsewhere?? why not do it on a weekday when the garage is empty.

The staff is always on top of their obligations, specially during the winter time when snow needs to be removed often. Garbage room looks organized and taken care of almost always. The resident manager addresses issues respectfully and professionally but strictly, as i believe it should be. The office maintains constant communication regarding various issues, which i personally appreciate since i like to be aware of the issues concerning the place where i live. They also answer emails promptly and fulfill maintenance requests effectively within a day or two, or even on the same day when possible. They really care, i cannot thank them enough for the service provided, specially during the quarantine. The effort is greatly appreciated!
