An ongoing problem with unit 215 where the balcony has been used as a toilet for a large white pit bull type of dog since last summer. The stench of feces and urine is especially unbearable during the warmer weather months if one spends any time on the balcony. The flies are buzzing around non-stop also preventing the residents from enjoying thelawful use and enjoyment of the property. Never mind having to keep their windows closed too. The property manager, the superintendent and animal control have been notified on several occasions to no avail.
