Please check this place before coming here. They have parking available for only one car that to if you book it at the time of lease agreement if you don't there is a waiting time of 3 to 4 months and you cannot have your car in the premises until you get a parking place. And this place is not a good option for person using public transport.and the rent at this un feasible location is $2080 for a double bed and you don't even get a parking spot once you move in.

Staff are great.Rent increases so often.Elevators are in service or broken.Repairs to suite can take up to months to for building to become aware.Entering to the building to the management office the colour of the building is very poor coloured paint was badly chipped.Entering the suit all the windows to all the rooms where covered in dirt or dust.All the suites upon entering were all the same they seemed to be never cleaned. laundry experience is very busy on certain days of the week very poor maintained Machines are not cleaned have to be self cleaned.There says around the building there are amenity rooms but it seems to be false and lots of extra space and empty rooms if I have to say paying rent at such high price is not worth the experience.

It was good place. I went there for some personal reason to meet a friend. The exterior is quite good and it requires buzzer code to enter into building. They are maintaining cleanliness which turned out a good clean place.

Absolutely the worst building management ever. The building is dirty, we have had ant infestations and cockroaches, (took them over a year to deal with the cockroaches). They misplace important documents all the time, and worst of all they charge top tier rent for what you get. There's no amenities, the seals on the windows are long overdue to be replaced, they don't even clean the units properly between tenants. The tops of my cupboards were covered in a thick layer of grease, which I cleaned because EW! Only good thing is the convenience store. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Look the washroom destroy with roaches bedbugs..in 1 bedroom apt more than 5 people . Poor management..parking in the raining days flooding..this is a really old building to be demolished..also 5 stolen card from underground parking???????

A bit expensive for 16$ a person on the weekends but since there are not other options for families with kids... But lots of things to do and the kids have fallen asleep in 2 min when we left...:))

My wife and I have been tenants of this building for approximately five (5) years now. When we first moved in, the building ranking was 5.4 stars on many of the Toronto rental websites as well as on Google reviews along with an amazing reputation of its consistency in handle repairs and concerns for its tenants but over the years we have seen a dramatic turn from a welcoming and well-respected building to the absolutely the worst building ever. The building is continuously dirty due the lack of property management staff (Cleaners and Maintenance staff) each building has one cleaner instead of many two or three. The building rental and lease agreement advises the tenants that the building has 24 hours security on site and the part of our rent pays for that service which is a complete lie. The building only pays for 12 hours of security from a contract company for one security guard for two buildings. I get me questioning where the other half of my rent goes to if I’m not paying for 24 hours security. Elevators twice to three times a week are out of service especially at 1202 Building. One small visitors parking lot above ground (containing 21 parking spots plus one handicap parking spot) for two buildings. The buildings also have had continuous on or off ant infestations and cockroaches which is understandable, but the building also as well has an illegal narcotic being sold and consumed within the property especially within the stairwells at 1202 building as seen in attach photos. Property Management and building security does nothing to reinsure the safety of its tenants nor do they ever respond to any of their tenant’s email or phone calls advising them of the concerns or issues that are a rising. Security is a complete joke they don’t enforce building policy and rules nor the Ontario Trespass to Property Act to any suspicious vagrant entering the building. I leave that to the security company that poorly train their security guards in daily procedures. Property Management notorious for misplacing important documents of its tenants all the time as well as forcing their tenants to go with there company’s rental insurance instead of you using your own, and worst of all they charge top rent for what you get every year. There are no amenities (Gym, Swimming Pool, Game room), the seals for the windows are long over due and need to be replaced. Property Management Sterling Karamar is more concern with taking your money and increases it than reinsure there tenant's well being. AVOID 1200 AND 1202 YORK MILLS ROAD AT ALL COSTS.

Living here for past 1 yr... they starter construction work next to my home during 2021 jan and mentioned it will be completed by July. Its 2022 March and Still the construction is going on. It feels like hell for this past year with this drilling sounds, that too with my 1 yr old kid and when we have to do wfh due to covid. Complained many times to management and no action was taken.
