★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a new tenant in a GC unit. Very professional management team in place here. Extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of if needed, have been through a winter and a spring here and all expectations have been met. Especially like that they have a large portfolio of units which may be useful should you outgrow your unit before your term is up.
5/5 ... would lease again.

They care about the needs of their tenants and are diligent in maintaining their properties; ensuring they are clean, upgraded, and maintained so that one can enjoy their dwelling. Both the Property Manager and Superintendents of the building are an absolute pleasure to work with. They have always been prompt and professional in their actions. Thank you Glen Corporation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a long relationship with Glen Corp , as a renter from the early 2000. We have had great partnership. In fact due to our great relations and proper communication ethics Glen Corp has lend a hand in some fixing issues which we would of had to expense all by our selves but rather Glen Corp worked with us in fixing the issue so much that they even covered some of the expense.
More so Glen Corp has always been responsive with any issues like roof leaks or heating/cooling.
Id like to say Thank You for the support and we hope to continue our rent and relationship for many more years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a tenant of Glen Corp since 2007. While their leases terms are non-negotiable and they are very strict about what you can and cannot do, the are very responsive when problems arise and always make sure repairs are done properly. They care about the appearance of the property and are often making improvements to the building. Our business has been shut down for most of the last year due to Covid-19. When the pandemic first started in March 2020, they were willing to work with us on a payment plan until the government subsidies kicked in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renting at 160 Balmoral was a great experience. The property was well maintained, both the superintendents and the property manager were attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. The building felt safe, the management was very approachable and it was a friendly community of neighbours. It felt like a home, I will certainly miss living there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been satisfied tenants since 2010. Our experience with management is that they are highly professional and very responsive to our needs and addressing issues. The property is always well maintained all year round. Management have shown much support and assistance throughout the pandemic in providing updates and resources for relief programs. Although they can be inflexible when renegotiating terms, they, for the most part are quite fair and balanced.
