There is a male staff in your York mills office in Toronto, who was on duty Sep. 20, 2018. On that day, I came in York Mills office on 18:30 approximately. I waited for him for more than an hour, because there was a client had appointment. When it\'s my turn, the male staff ask me for $50 for service, otherwise he couldn\'t help me doing anything. There was another staff helped me with my Tax, when I first came to HR BLOKE, and I payed. I just curious about that I have to pay another staff if I am not your original client, especially after more than an hour waiting. That was really DISAPPOINTED!

We dropped off taxes 2 weeks ago. My sister in law and my mother in laws taxes. My sister in law just recently passed away and the tax expert was demanding to have copy of will and death certificate. I refused to give to him.

Excellent service here. I’ve had Vimarsh Patel do my taxes for the last 6 years. He’s very knowledgeable and professional, walks me through everything and answers my all questions. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I tried to file my taxes online through H&R Block, through a Remote Tax expert. I uploaded all my documents by March 20th, and didn't get a call back until March 30th. The lady over the phone (Lavinia Racovitan) pretty much hang up on me upon payment stating she had to attend someone else. I did not receive a call back again until a week later, and she said I would have to pay more to file my taxes because it's April already. DO NOT file here. It's been a NIGHTMARE.

I helped a client comeplete her taxes here and the accountant (Armeen) did an outstanding job at not only ensuring integrity and professionalism, but she was also super kind and accomodating. Treatment I did not expect receive while being a client. I would 100% recommend Armeen to any of my fellow colleagues or future clients. Keep up the outstanding work Armeen :)

I can't speak to the rest of the office but Faith-Ann was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She answered all my questions and helped me really calm down about some of the tax issues I had (not related to h&r block). She really helped point me in the right direction, and was a breath of fresh air.

It was a nice experience. Taxes were filed properly. The tax accountant Armine was very helpful in giving explanations even after taxes were filed. I look forward to working with her again
