★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were the worst company I have worked with so far.They changed their prices daily.They increased the rent after we had paid the first and last month rents and locked the application. We contacted them to ask about this change, but their manager got back to us after three days and gave us one day deadline to decide whether we want to get the unit or not although we have locked the apartment already. I am really disappointed with their company and would not recommend it at all.I have already worked with other companies, but this one was the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building was worst. Maintenance was terrible. They does not answer your email correctly. Unit was such as freezer in winter and on Sep they turned on the heat. Manager of building was crazy. please do not waste your money for this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an appointment at 12 pm.we were waiting till 1:30 pm in a cold day. Nobody showed up. We call their office number few times. They said person in charge will be there shortly ,but nothing happens. Poor service poor management. Not worth it to waste your time over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very poor at respectfully managing heating and cooling in the units. The sliding doors on balcony's and windows are cheap cheap. Landlord has stopped tenants from managing their own temperatures. Who wants to live in a unit that is 37C with windows open when it is 18C outside and yet 37C inside. Sad sad sad behaviour. This tells us what type of people they are.
