KG Harrison

Beautiful place to live and well maintained but awful visitor parking. If you're having family over for the weekend, good luck getting them a place to park because it's always full no matter what. Parking on the side of the street during the winter night will get you a ticket, even though the security guard says it's okay and safe to park.

KG group has been showing itself extremely efficient. They are always ready to help and they do everything that is on the reach to solve our requests. In addition, since we live at 105 Harrison Garden Blvd., I’d like to state how Krystle is extremely kind with us and really helpful whenever we need.

Been living here for 2 years now. Living at the Harrison is amazing because: - service requests are tended to within 24 hrs - they sign for your packages - personal laundry yessss - they don't try to pretend that pets are not allowed; they're very up front about being a dog- and cat-friendly building in accordance with Ontario law; the units also have flooring that is quite scratch-resistant to claws - AC and heating - tenant appreciation days (catered food sometimes!) and community food drives - they actually give you legally required notice before entering your suite - they happen to accept hazardous waste at the front desk and dispose of it for you, saving you a trip to the nearest depot - the shuttle bus to Sheppard station is wonderful, especially in the winter - the walls are reasonably thick, so you don't typically hear your neighbours - speaking of walls, you can do anything to your unit (painting, attaching things to walls) so long as it is done by a professional (which is fair) - the staff are super friendly, and someone is always available at the front desk (office staff during the day, security staff at night) And plenty of other reasons, both legally and out of courtesy. Having lived in questionable student housing for many years, it's nice to finally have a landlord that *follows the law* and provides comfortable lodging for its tenants.

All the staff are helpful and very professional. Both the building and the neighborhood are family friendly and well maintained and it has a shuttle that takes you to and back from Sheppard-Yonge subway station!

The place is synonymous with quality of life and well-being for my family. It has an excellent infrastructure and a high level service team. Everyone is very attentive, always ready to help us with whatever we need and very friendly.

CONS: the leasing agents seem to be the main issue in the building as they promise amenities like any sales person but dont deliver, they also dont have tenant care as a priority . example they say the quiet yoga room can be booked but thats false its open and shared as a gym extension . the sauna is always broken as are the BBQs , party rooms also require a large deposit. there are rodents in the walls as most large buildings and plumbing issues . the apartment kitchen storage is extremely small for anyone who cooks. the security are more like concierge and will take care of day to day things but not actual security issues for that they tell you to phone the police yourself if a neighbor is having a domestic. PROS: the concierge Krystle takes tenant care extremely serious and will assist in anyway she can. the mail system is safe and flawless , the building has well managed visitor parking. The maintenance team works really hard to keep the place spotless and fix any issues to the best of their ability so there are absolutely no bugs or trash. The bus service is so needed and use full. i would highly recommend for any young professionals to live here as its a beautiful building , apartment and neighborhood . The heating and cooling work well once you get the manual figured out, apartments are a great price and stunning , the staff work hard but the rental group has a disconnect between what they want to offer and what they really offer. you will have a fantastic place to live just not everything you were promised and not without its small issues . there is nothing any building can do about bad neighbors and noise thats just what you have to deal with in apartment buildings. in comparison to all the bed bug broken overpriced buildings in Toronto the Harrison buildings are a dream. best place i have lived by far. i have hope and faith that management will keep trying to improve. i give the building 4 out of 5 but management 2.5 out of 5 .

I have been staying at 105 Harrison Garden Blvd for 1 year and I must say I couldn’t be happier. The services in the building are amazing. The staff is super responsive and responsible. Love the free shuttle service to Sheppard Yonge subway station. THIS IS, THE PLACE TO STAY!!

KG Harrison is such an amazing place to live and the location couldnt be any better, especially with the available shuttle service they provide, even though it is close to everything. The building is modern and clean. The staff is always available and willing to help and solve any requirement you have. Pet friendly building ? Each of the amenities is modern and well maintained what makes me feel proud to have guests anytime. Simply one word for KG Harrison: Excellent!
