Emil & Sue’s place is just fantastic. Just as advertised and in fact it gets better when you see the view. I stayed for a month and everything was provided to enjoy a comfortable stay. Sue was great with communication and prompt to address any concerns (which there were none of because they’ve managed to thoughtfully put everything together). Would definitely recommend anyone to trust them with your accommodation because you’ll have no regrets. Will definitely stay again when I’m around. Thank you Emil & Sue

We had an amazing two-month stay in a lovely apartment in a great location. The subway station is really close. The bus stops right in front of the building. FreshCo and Shoppers Drug Mart are right at the building’s doorstep. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a long term stay. Also, whenever we had a request from Emil & Sue, we had our answer right away. This place is highly recommended.

We stayed in their Forest Laneway, 2 bedroom apartment on a very high floor. There are 5 supermarkets which include 2 Korean ones, Longos, Whole Food and Food Basics, many fast food eateries and highly reviewed restaurants. The apartment buildings sit above the Sheppard Yonge TTC subway station, with a few banks, mobile phone providers, Longos, Winners, Dollarama, shoe\handbag repairs \clothing alteration shops, Miniso, Shoppers Drug Store, a few clothing stores, a food court with many fast food eateries, plus many other restaurants in the street levels. This station is also close to the big shopping mall in Don Mills. The apartment's water pressure for hot and cold water works very well. Hot water from the tap can be boiling hot, and the cold water faucet can be freezing cold, which I love as it feels like I'm drinking iced water. There are many restaurants along Yonge St. Theres are also many hairdressers, bubble teas, a photocopy printing shop, a bus terminus nearby where I can cut across town in 20 minutes to Sheppard West station if I want to travel to the other end of the subway line. I have stayed at other service apartments and comparatively speaking, Olivia's Housing is better stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, lots of crockery, several glass bakeware, baking sheet, 3 sizes of saucepan pots, 3 sizes of non stick skillets, lots of mugs, drinking glasses, dinnerware, wine glasses, cutting knives of varying sizes, measuring cups, spoons, enough for 6 pax or more. The apartment comes with a vacuum cleaner, mop and pail, broom and dusting pan. Some of the white towels might be frayed, and the zipper on the Duvet cover may be broken but the sheets are smooth and i can live with it. The apartment is a whopping 1000 sq ft, with a big balcony. A small opening of the window brings in a strong breeze during the fall, winter months. The central heating and central air-conditioning works very well. The apartment is well lit and bright. I generally don't hear nor see my neighbours so the sound proofing between units is great. Sue has been wonderful in all her communication and quickly brings up extra items that I request for, like multiple plug extension cords, water jug, extra study table, fan, etc. There's also a GO bus, #34 on Yonge, that takes 3 stops to get to Pearson Airport. Olivias Housing has provided a peaceful abode, a home away from home. Keep up the good work Sue, all the good reviews here or on airbnb are a testimony to your good, reliable service and they are very well deserved.

Emil and Sue were wonderful hosts. I felt well taken care of from the first contact I had with them. My stay was very comfortable- everything I needed was in place. When I did need something small, they provided it within the hour. I’d definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed for 1 month here and the place was well maintained and exactly as in pictures. Everything that might be required for the stay is well thought of and made available. The location is wonderful, everything is in walking distance else you have subway downstairs. Thank you so much Emil & Sue for everything.

The apartment is lovely and is perfect for a stay in downtown Toronto. It’s perfect location makes it very easy to visit most of the tourist attractions. It is conveniently located with easy access to a lot of things and makes your stay truly fantastic. The hosts are super and make things really easy for u. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to come back and stay at the same place.

I stayed in this is apartment for six weeks. It was extremely well presented and fully equipped for a medium-long term traveller like myself who likes to cook. Subway station is right below the apartment and the range of restaurants and shopping options are excellent. The apartment was very well cleaned and all amenities were available. Emil and Sue are truly super hosts. There were minor issues which I reported and they kindly attended to them. I will be visiting Toronto on business and would definitely stay here again if it is available. Highly recommended for future travelers. Well done guys.
