Luckily we had Hoss to guide us through it all from A to Z. He was incredibly professional, and diligent around catering listings to our needs and answering to our many questions. He helped walk us through the detailed steps of purchasing a home, things to consider, people to get in touch with, what to look for in those individuals, and a helpful eye around things to consider when evaluating a potential listing. When we were ready to make our first offers, he was adamant about not getting bullied into bidding wars and to stick to our guns. While 2018 isn’t the market 2021 is, I feel confident recommending Hoss as I never felt pressure at any offers and felt he always had our best interests at heart. Upon closing on our now home, Hoss was incredibly helpful throughout the closing process Post purchase, he kept in touch and checked in to ensure everything was taken care of. While my experience with Real Estate agents is limited, from the horror stories I’ve heard, I feel like we dodged a bullet and have no reservation recommending Hoss if you’re looking for peace of mind, support and a professional experience purchasing your next home. Also, he’s a wonderfully kind person as well which never hurts!

Hosein took the time to understand my needs and never pressured me to go above my budget. My requirements changed during my search, and Hosein had no problem adapting promptly.
