β β β β β I normally like spicy food, but I wish the order instructions were followed or menu options were labeled more clearly on Ritual. Items ordered as βnot spicyβ were pretty spicy, and items ordered as βmediumβ were VERY spicy.

β β β β β Service was the regular experience but their food tastes heavily metallic and itβs not very nice. I love the Pad Sew Ew they have at other branches but it tasted so metallic at this branch that i had a hard time eating it. Disappointed

β β β β β Since I didnβt have much time for lunch break, I chose the first thing I saw at the food court, big mistake! They call this salad?! Itβs just pan fried vegetables!! What kind of salad is hot?! And they barely speak english! I asked whatβs in the salad, and they just ordered it for me! I asked again and they said everything. Again I didnβt have much time so I just went along with it. Guess I was too naive to think how bad a veg salad could be, and the portion doesnβt worth $12 at all! What an awful experience! Iβll tell everyone I know to avoid this place!!

β β β β β Second time in second location, but the same smell of the food, I donβt know, maybe itβs sauce or something, but it smelled funny and for me it was kinda a barrier to overcome, i wasnβt able to continue eating.
First time I got noodles and chicken with broccoli, I couldnβt eat it because of the smell, but if you donβt consider the smell, probably, the food wasnt that bad itself, but there were not broccoli inside, only hard stems lol
Second time I got Thai express with rice and vegetables, similar smell :( cute box though, and I guess, food itself was okay, but I wish rice was more crisp

β β β β β Best meal I've had from any Thai Express, ever!! Our order wasn't rushed, they really took their time incorporating all the flavors. It was the perfect balance between sauciness, spice, flavor, and goodness! Food was nice and hot, even by the time we got back to our place. Portion sizes are huge, definitely can get 2+ meals out of 1 order. They listened carefully to what we wanted and accommodated us by using a vegan sauce (instead of fish sauce). Protein is extra, which is understandable. I added tofu and eggplant to my order and they didn't skimp out at all.
