★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pivot apartments continue to be a pleasure to live at. The amenities are clean and staff are friendly. The units are brand new, pet friendly and really well laid out. We were thankful to have found this place and to have Cecelia as our leasing manager. She takes the time to learn about each resident to ensure they feel at home here. Leading up to our move in date she provided constant communication and provided answers to all our questions. When we arrived she also gave a tour of the space and has been there to help us navigate the area. The front desk staff that we see are often very welcoming and ensure we are safe and taken care of. Overall, we recommend pivot apartments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pivot is a super nice place to live in. First thing first, it's connected to a shopper centre in which you can do all the groceries and banking services in there. Secondly, subway station is just there, meaning that you can just walk to the station via pathway without going outside the building. Last but not least, Pivot is almost brand new and you can feel the fresh energy in it.
I also want to take this opportunity to say thank to my leasing consultant - Cecilia Tran. She is very professional and helpful. She almost works like round the clock. No matter what time you contact her, she will response you real soon. My rental process was really smooth and without any problem with Cecilia's assistant. Highly recommend Pivot and Cecilia for everyone who is looking for rental an apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say I had the best experience/service with Cecilia this month. She is very professional with strong work ethics. She helped me through the process of finding my unit with patience and always a smile on her face. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and returned my emails promptly. She is very detailed oriented as well. Cecilia truly made my move very easy and smooth. I also like the building for now. I wish Cecilia the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After spend many weeks searching for our new home in Toronto. Finally we found the perfect place. Cecilia Tran, our leasing agent, is friendly and done beyond our expectation. She showed us around the suite and all of the amenities in the building. She even show us the concourse which connect to Young Sheppard Center so we can have some shopping or transit to subway without going out of the building in the freezing winter. All of leasing process was fast and we can move in to our new home within 1 week. I had got the locker, apartment application, and hydro setup done in a couple day after we made decision to rent here. Cecilia work very hard to make sure that everything is set for us and she also promptly respond with every questions we have. The apartment and appliances are very good. We are lucky that we found this apartment and nice leasing agent. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and new building with great amenities. We initially struggled to find a good and safe rental property in Toronto that would accommodate our dog. Our leasing agent at Pivot, Cecilia Tran, helped us tremendously during our apartment search. She is very knowledgeable and always responsive to all of our questions within a couple of hours. We have been living here for 1 month now. It has been a truly great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love living here at Pivot, and the overall leasing experience was wonderful. Cecilia Tran was our leasing agent, and she was so passionate and helpful throughout our entire leasing experience. When we scheduled our tour, we weren't able to come in person by ourselves, so Cecilia met with our friend and video called us the entire time to show us the amenities and the units. She explained in detail what to do and how everything worked, and helped us complete the lease very smoothly. The whole process was made a lot easier with Cecilia's help and we really appreciate everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely new rental building in the heart of North York. The location is beyond convenient, with a grocery store and subway access connected directly to the building. I am so happy I stumbled upon this property when looking for a place to live. The property itself offers amazing views of the city and sunset. The building has many great amenities and everything is very modern. When showing interest in the property, I was lucky to have Nahar as my leasing manager. He was very kind and helped me find something that fits all my needs. What I appreciated most is how respectful and professional he was and the fact that I was treated like a responsible adult (I am a student so people don't tend to take me very seriously). The rest of the staff are also very kind and helpful. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved into Pivot January 2021 and have never looked back! I am very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the building, when I need something done it gets done almost always the same day and very quickly (thank you maintenance team).
The concierge and security are very friendly and so helpful (especially Chaunice Brooks), I feel safe a secure knowing the building is being cared for 24/7 with knowledgeable hardworking friendly staff!
The management team is very efficient and organized, I always feel cared about and my needs are always met! I have recommended this building to several friends and family and I'm proud to call it my home!
I love to host people here as it's such a beautiful building and so convenient for people to commute to. If I could give pivot 100 stars on this review I would, no other building compares to the experience I have had and continue to have here!
