★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the building managers is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to communicate with tenants about some of the disastrous plumbing errors going on in the building. I won't name them but this ordeal has been extremely frustrating for many tenants living in the building, and the unprofessionalism displayed by one of the managers sets it over the edge.
