β β β β β As of last comment. I also had very bad experience with one concierge lady. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. She is not willing to help with the management issues. Instead, she attacks the residents here.

β β β β β I had a very bad experiences when I first moved in to the building with my girlfriend. The person at the front desk was very rude and gave us a difficult time booking the elevator and filling the documents. If I could give it 0 start I would.

β β β β β The concierge was rude and judged me based on what I was wearing. Totally shamed me. I was fully covered and I no longer feel comfortable in my own home. I felt unwelcome and judged. This is not okay and this behaviour should not be tolerated.

β β β β β Elevators always broken, pool closed forever, gym always busted up.. people close the one working elevator before door even opens. Building doesn't care, management says deal with it yourself.
Is this Jane and finch or willowdale? You'd think it were $80,000 units the way it's maintained. It's $800,000 units.
One or less elevators and no ammenaties since moving in. Congrats, the worst management I've ever seen (other than snatch and grabs) and I run many multimillion dollar companies.

β β β β β Worst service at management office ever. They don't pay attention to your request and they're rude. After we sold our unit we still get notifications from the building that the new owner is moving furniture and other stuff. Reached out to management office & front desk more than 5 times from both me and my husband. A month after I still get emails of elevator reservation. Absolutely ridiculous. I called again and they said they don't know what happened and it's not their fault.
From a due diligence perspective: one, I no longer have responsibility of the unit sold, so I should be immediately removed from the system. Two, the new owner is not getting his/her reservation notification and no one tells them they should be register properly with management office.
This is only a tiny issue and it happens. However it's people's work ethics and attitude that's disappointing. Ignorance, ignorance and ignorance.

β β β β β Lived here over 10 years. I have to say the security and concierge are always helpful and very friendly. Very dog friendly building and respectful neighbours. But I have to stay the gym, pool, and roof top patio were closed all the time. Not due to covid. Always been like this. Youβve never get to use the amenities specially the pool. Since the Managment changed, every single thing in the building was difficult to access. Specially the elevators!! They are never working and you have to wait at least 20 minutes to get on the elevator. You never feel like youβre home since always they come to your unit to check if you donβt have tiles or furniture in your balcony. Or even curtains! Living at this building is a nightmare and itβs not worth renting or buying from this building. Manager is absolutely terrible. The only reason Iβm giving this 1 star is because of the security and concierge being super friendly.
