He called me right away to discuss our needs, he offered a fair price and got to work immediately. Not sure how he did it, but he managed to get our taxes all sorted for both US and Canada with time to spare before the deadline! When an un-expected curve ball resulted in our situation becoming even more complicated then originally thought, Richard was able to navigate the challenge with ease.
