Management is also good, very professional, and so is the maintenance crew, always ready and responsive. Right next to all kinds of shops, including drug mart and gas station and banks, also a very nice park right next to it.

Ever since I’ve been back and forth with minto and they’re management but they don’t take anything into action. They keep saying the same thing. They have to get it sprayed. Spraying doesn’t do anything. After they spray there back like nothing happened. There’s all different kinds of sizes. And they live in the walls and inside the “new renovated” kitchen. They’re in my cutlery drawers. Legit I have switched to plastic plates and forks. But even so how do I know the roaches aren’t getting in those when I’m asleep. I pray and hope you guys do something this is why I’m now complaining in public.

Moving in to the place is smooth. the management have communicated very well on what needs to be done on the day of our moving. Our unit itself was renovated to a modern kitchen. I really like the open concept and that we have dishwasher. (not all apartment have dishwasher). the building is always kept clean (lobby, hallways), neighbors are friendly too & the building is also pet friendly. We haven't had any issues in our unit and even if we do maybe small issues , its not a big deal , the management will send someone as soon as they can to check on it. very close to groceries, bank, food restaurants & ttc bus. & close to Leslie subway. overall, my experience in the building & management is excellent. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
