β β β β β The company should not be in business, the properties are in terrible condition, the management company that manages the units are rude, rigid, and completely shameless in dealing with their tenants. I'm disgusted by my experience with this company and I hope that this review deters even one person from tenanting any of their properties.

β β β β β This company deserves no stars at all. Iβve encountered the worst customer service today over the phone in my living years in North America. Today I called in to check if the unit I previously applied for is still available and also inquiries about other unit availability but Charmaine the agent who works there didnβt seem to be knowledgable at all. She said she is no longer accepting my application when I wanted to apply to other units. She wasnβt helpful and then transferred me to another call and said Iβm going to wait on hold as much as I want, then she ended the call. Iβm very disappointed that Iβve experienced this kind of customer service. I felt really offended , no costumer should treated that way.
