E	Elliot Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The following was my recent experience with Minto: I called to make an appointment for a viewing on a Friday for the following Tuesday. On the Tuesday I called in the morning, as a courtesy, to confirm. I was then told that my appointment "had not been recorded" and that "I must have been confused". I was then told that there was only one available viewing spot that day, and it was 2 hours later than my appointment. Figuring it better than nothing, I accepted the viewing time. But after being talked down to by an agent who refused to help, I asked for the number of someone else I could speak to. She gave me the number of an agent and promptly (and rudely) hung up. The person she gave me the number for had nothing to do with that property, and was no help at all. Later in the day I get a call telling me my new appointment has been cancelled, because the place has been taken. Although I had a friend call them an hour later to inquire, and she told me it was still available. I wouldn't rent with this company unfortunately. Beautiful properties but unhelpful, mean and scheming staff.

Aftercare service is phenomenal, owned few new homes and never saw a service like Minto before. They do not keep homeowner waiting for anything. Kim and the team make aftercare looks simple, wonderful people to deal with.
l	lina Amezquita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience We bought a new house the furnace been broken since November 2021 sending emails to all staff and @customer experience team asking to fix the matter as soon as possible and no results they treat us like a joke and saying lies making appointments where they never show up every week is the same very disappointing

They find ways to scrape off the realtor from in between the deal so they don't have to give the percentage that the realtors have worked so hard. for. Bringing a client convincing them after showing so many options and in the end they find some or the other loop hole within their policies to not pay you. This happened not once but twice. The most rude sales person on phone and in person at the builder office in Ottawa.
