Grace walked me through the whole process patiently and really understood our family situation. They referred me to a mortgage broker who was able to approve us for higher amount than the bank. They also negotiated a great price in a very competitive market. In regards to the other aspects of home buying, she also referred an amazing home inspector and lawyer so it was nice to have a a once stop shop. Even after we moved she checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend them if you want to buy a house and have a fun experience…

He made sure that I got the unit that I wanted, but didn't make me feel pressured to buy. He was also proactive on a pre-construction unit that I was looking at. He went out of his way to contact the builder and get the unit for me, even though it was not released at the time. I also worked with Sam to lease a condo. He understood the urgency of the situation and we were able to get a lease within a week. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get a lease that fit all my criteria within the limited timeframe we had. I would highly recommend Sam, as I have had a great experience working with him and I look forward to working with him on future transactions.
