β β β β β Today i went to the center for advise on re-finishing water damaged cabinetry. I served by a man named Vince. He was incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. The experience was so satisfying and unlike others i have encountered when presenting something out of the ordinary. I witnessed the same level of care and expertise provided to others in the store. I highly recommend this facility to those seeking quality service and products.

β β β β β This past summer I decided to use Leslie Street Paints as my director to what I could do to refresh my kitchen cupboards. I talked to Vince, showed him my ideas and he directed me to the exact primer and paints I would require. After the cupboards, I continued with the rest of the house. I was beyond impressed with the paint and how well it went on and covered the old paint. Shortly after seeing what I had done with my interior, my dad wanted his deck stained, and I had no idea what stain I wanted but again, was directed to the exact stain I envisioned.
I canβt thank this team and their superior expertise enough. You wonβt get the customer service and professionalism at a Home Depot or Loweβs like you get here.
Thanks guys, canβt wait to see what projects I come up with next!!

β β β β β This was my favourite store for so many years, I was so loyal to them that I even sent my clients to purchase their paint from there, and I spent a lot of gas just to buy there. Before the pandemic, they had a wonderful staff (Kim was the best in Ontario to match stain and paint colours, she doesn't longer work there). Now, all the staff is new, they are cold and rude. Unfortunately, the manager (Vince) and the owner don't comply with the exemptions for masks noted in the by-law 541-2020. Funny fact is that Vince wears the mask at the chin level most of the time. However, Vince was so scared of the owner that had the "courage" to nicely kick me out of the store and let me be "served" in the convenience of the winter weather. Actually, they made me a huge favour, I found two stores that are closer to my place, they give me big discounts (more that 35%), they respect my health choices, and most importantly, they want my business and open the doors to me! They even take my products to my car, woohoo!!! So, thank you for letting me go!!!
To the owner: Considered yourself as "read", but don't wait for a reply. You lost my business. ???

β β β β β Bridget was extremely helpful! Her eye for color was fantastic, especially because I can't figure that kind of stuff out. She helped me find options for wall paint and trim colors that could go with my new kitchen cabinets. She was honest about which might go better than others. While I have a Benjamin Moore closer to my house than this one, I will use this location as I was impressed with the service and selection. Thanks Bridget!
