D	Don B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was put into touch with Tony by my TD mortgage broker as TD would not give me an exception to a $5000 fix due to insulbrick on the side of the home I wanted to purchase. This occurred 2 and a half weeks before closing. Tony indicated he would find me a lender with a great rate. In a few days he got me an amazing rate on a 5 year fixed that beat all the major banks. He warned me there would be a lot of paperwork the next few days as I needed a mortgage with some very special circumstances. Over the next week we worked out all the paperwork and we were constantly on the phone.Tony kept me updated with everything that was required from my part and kept me advised what was happening from the lenders side. He responded very quickly and professionally via email / texts and phone calls. With exactly a week left before closing Tony called me and told me everything was complete. I am very grateful for what did. I totally recommend him if you are looking for a mortgage. At the very least, it doesn't hurt to call and see what he can do for you. Thanks again Tony! Don
