He has taken care of my mortgage needs, right from my eligibility till getting me the best rate available. The best aspect is that he keeps his client up to date on what's going on and what to expect. Not to mention stress-free. Would highly recommend him and will definitely be working with him again.

This was my first time going through a mortgage renewal/refinance and I learned a lot with Stefan's help and support along the way. He was especially responsive after finding and locking-in a suitable and competitive mortgage early on in the process. As a result, I gained insight and acquired a lot of knowledge when it came to closing on the mortgage application and found it to be generally a positive experience overall. I will definitely be seeking Mortgage Outlet's services again in the future and will personally recommend Stefan to my friends and family.

He was transparent with the details of the transaction and explained every nuance which helped me understand it better and made me feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her clients. She got me the lowest rate she could and took care of all the paperwork. I worked with her completely remotely as the home I purchased was in Ottawa and the entire process was smooth and professional. I have since referred Gaby to any friend or colleague that I hear is looking to buy a home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elan and his Mortgage Outlet team are really shaking up the industry with the fastest, easiest, most-useful mortgage brokerage. The rate they provided was better than my bank's rate, but also, the speed was incredible. I had been working with my own bank, who kept delaying with request after request after request. The whole process with my bank was taking weeks. Mortgage Outlet swooped in, got a faster response from my bank, and then beat that offer with a rival bank. The whole process took about a week. Awesome.
