We can call, text, or email Jamie with ANY type of problem and he will fix it. But beyond that, Manawa covers the entire spectrum of IT issues; they approach the small problems with PATIENCE and understanding, and the big problems with knowledge and simplified explanations. Jamie and Manawa make my job easier and I would recommend them for any business looking for an IT support solution.

So far Manawa has provided monthly maintenance, hardware and software installations, managed our off-site server back up, and facilitated the installation of a new enterprise system.
Manawa has made excellent recommendations, listened to our needs, kept promises and provided timely responses to all inquiries regardless of the priority.
From time to time our Manawa representative has called upon his colleagues to assist with issues outside his area of expertise. This has proven very valuable to us. It is nice to know that Manawa has the knowledge and expertise to draw from if needed.
