Shirini Sara is the best Persian pastry house in TO. They make the best cakes hands down. The service is superb, the atmosphere is relaxing and the pastries are amazing.

The pistachio croissant is quite hard, and tea time is a fun time to relax in the restaurant. The bread was also delicious.

Absolutely unprofessional. I have been to the bakery several times and must say every time I have come in, I get ignored and treated in a much less friendly manner than other customers. I ordered a custom cake several weeks in advance and was told to email the picture of what I wanted along with a picture of my custom cake form. I did it right in the store before leaving. I didn’t receive any confirmation that they had received it so I emailed back several days before my event to ensure they had it. They confirmed over email that they had received my picture and that everything would be fine. The day of my event comes and my cake is supposed to be picked up at 11am. At 10:55am they called me to tell me that they never received my picture. I told them I had even confirmed with them the few days prior and then the lady on the phone checked again and said she had it and it would be ready in 30 minutes. How could she only be checking this 5 minutes before the cake was supposed to be picked up? It was ready well over an hour later. My husband who picked it up had to be late for his own daughter’s birthday because of their blatant unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, it was not exactly what I wanted, I could see the cake through the icing and my cake was crooked and leaning to the side and only looked nice at certain angles in pictures. It looked like it came out of one of those baking fail TV shows and not from a professional bakery. I expect better for the price I paid (in advance I might add!). Not to mention they offered NO apology and no compensation or discount. I will never buy from this fraud of a place again and highly recommend my friends and family avoid it too.

This was our first time dropping by , and I’m honestly amazed with taste and freshness of pastry , and overall atmosphere there . Definitely will try there cake one day .

We ordered our daughter’s first birthday cake from here- pistachio and chocolate-hazelnut flavors for two tiers. The cake design was beautiful and exactly what I ordered, the cake was light and mildly sweetened and buttercream frosting layer was nice and thin like I requested. The owner Elahe was a joy to work with, I would highly recommend this place and would definitely order from here in the future! Thank you Shirini Sara Pastry House ?

Shirini Sara has been our favorite pastry place for a long time. Now it is possible to get hot or cold drink and enjoy it with their delicious pastries in the new dining area they opened last month. I suggest you go with your friends and family and enjoy a sweet time with their delicious and sweet pastries. I also suggest you try their cake baklava. It is like a piece of heaven.

Cakes and pastries r amazing. Pistachio pastry is the best here. Staff r very friendly. I have even tried their cream rolls and lemon cakes simply delicious. If you have a sweet tooth like me this is the place.

Came here a long time ago in their old location and decided to check out the new one! And it’s definitely a place to check out for cakes and treats! Had two cakes for Mother’s Day! One for the MIL and the other for my mom. Had the chocolate cake and the Black Forest. The chocolate cake was very well done! Not too sweet and the cake was so spongy! And a nice throughout chocolatey taste where one flavour didn’t overpower the other! The Black Forest was just as good! The classic look and so nice with the cherries inside! Each slice had a good amount of cherry and also a nice layer of cherry infused cream alongside the fresh cream that surrounds it! The cake again, oh so spongy! Also had a couple savoury snacks for the kids to eat and nicely loaded and the pastry was so flaky and buttery! They also had single slice roll cakes which were super tempting and will definitely be coming back to check that out! Service was top notch and the customer service was super friendly!
