About Redcliff Bakery

Hey there! I’m Melissa Graber and am the owner of Redcliff Bakery & Eatery with my husband, Joel. We’ve got two amazing kiddos, Hazel and Micah. You may have seen a photo of Hazel on Instagram stuffing her face in a donut. That’s my girl!

We have been the owners of the bakery since December, 2017 but let's not start there. The bakery as it is known today was established in 1993. That is over 25 years of bringing hand crafted baked treats and quality breads to Redcliff and the surrounding area. But did you know there has been retail baking available in Redcliff as far back as 1912? We have a special picture of this bakery and general store hanging in our current location today! It reminds us of the longstanding pride and tradition the bakery has brought to this town and how lucky we are to be continuing that great tradition.

Since Joel and I have become the owners we have enjoyed adding our own style to the bakery. We added lunch options of soup and sandwich and also started a full on custom cake department. Of course we kept the crowd favorite cinnamon bun recipe and many other classics that people in our community love.

I have to give a shout out to our amazing team that works so hard to bring you fresh baking day after day. Our bakers start at 9pm and bake through the entire night so we can facilitate our in store bread as well as our dozens of commercial accounts. The pastry chefs, cake artists, managers, more bakers and sales associates all serve you throughout the day to make the entire operation run smoothly.

Whether you are a first time customer or a valued life time client we hope when you walk through our doors you smell the freshly baked yummies and feel the love and care that goes in to everything we do!

S	Samantha Plett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter's birthday party is tomorrow and I ordered a bunch of donut shaped cookies with the vision of her 'cake' being a real donut. The donut cookies are adorable, exactly as expected! But I was actually really disappointed by the donut. When I made my order on the phone I said the plan was for the donut to essentially be her cake, so something pink and girly. I was not expecting this sad pale donut ? I might try adding sprinkles before the party tomorrow or something. We live 1.5 hrs away, and my sister picked up the order for me, so we can't just come back for a more 'vibrant' donut.

Hey owners, people like to get coffee and donuts on Sunday, not Tuesday when they are at work and on their diet. Is this the twilight zone?

They exceeded my expectations and made the fact I couldn’t celebrate with her much easier. She was missing the pound cake from home ?.

I went in to try out the downtown location and was met with some nice staff but dry donuts. I read all the reviews of the cinnamon buns but they are nothing like the original owners. The staff are what gives this review a 2 star rather than a one. I recommend passing on this establishment and heading to one of the other bakeries in town!

It was THE BEST PUFFED WHEAT SQUARE I have had since my mom used to make them. Oooooey and gooey and so tasty!! Thank you Redcliff, I will look for more of your products!
