So gross!! Visited on a beautiful Sunday (29May) for lunch, ordered a French onion soup, salad and sandwich. Salad and sandwich were fine. For the soup, my second spoon found a chewy thing, I though it was an onion skin, but in fact it was the seal of a coffee creamer (u can actually see it when u zoom in the soup photo). I was supposed to take a clear picture of that gross chewy creamer seal, but the waitress just walk by and took the soup and exchanged it for me. Well, a creamer seal, they didn't wash the dishes? I really don't know. It was the worst dinning experience in GTA.

The quality has gone to s@#$. My food and my beverages were not tasty and my cold coffee had expired cream both times. The second one cold brew madagascar vanilla coffee was just made with less of the expired cream.dont waste your money on this 0kace as 9t is not cheap. You'll find better food at Tim Hortons

The sandwich and salad was made perfectly. A little on the expensive side but makes up for the atmosphere. I like the tea/coffee refills.

Being at Panera for the first time since pandemic. Good memories of chatting and having coffee with friends came back. Nice place to enjoy your time and even work with your laptops.

Baja bowl is delicious. So fresh. Clean place. Friendly people. No dine-in at this time. Lots of parking. The baguette that came with the bowl was a bit harder than I expected. Next time will opt for another side. Not a bad place.

So disappointed with the portions! So much difference between panera bread usa and canada (you be the judge by the photos attached). Look at the picture, we paid $30 for two small corn chowders, small mac & cheese, a salad and two crusty breads. Not even enough for one person. Not worth it at all! we went to panera in US and God half way we were full. Never going back there again. Spend your money where you won’t feel hunger after eating! btw, don’t believe all the 5star reviews, some people like Greg walker copied pictures from another person like Gabrielle who posted the same pictures a year ago. That just shows how fake the reviews can be?

I know their sandwiches are very good and really good pizza was a surprise. Catering is very helpful and convenient. There bread is better than grocery store bought and closer to artisan bread. Good healthy menu. Breakfast menu has been removed though.

We ordered a flatbread pizza with chipotle chicken and bacon, a vanilla latte, and a hot chocolate with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel. The flatbread was good, but the hot chocolate was disappointing; it tasted like regular powdered chocolate from the grocery store, and there was no whipped cream or syrup. The vanilla latte is also average.
