S	Sue Higham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While customers were waiting for their orders, I would like to know why another customer was permitted to chat with the staff who should have been filling orders. This customer should have been told to step aside so the staff could do their job. The Chai tea latte was excellent.
D	Drew Woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, it was close to closing time and the place looked a bit untidy but they were cleaning with sanitizer in the back, thoroughly, so I felt comfortable. Drink was made fast and was delicious as always. No complaints.
M	Michael Woo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great, staff needs knowledge training, I chose the reserved Costa Rica coffee brewed by fancy clover machine, it was a let down for twice the price of a drip brewed coffee. The coffee does not have floral notes, blend as Hxl_ . I guess i only like bold coffees lol.
A	A V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although service was definitely 5-star, I ordered a nitro chai latte and it had absolutely no flavour of chai in it... We even stirred it with a plastic knife we had in the car and it tasted the same. It just tasted like strong coffee.. Almost as if they forgot to put the chai in both of the drinks even though it did say it on the label -added a pic for reference. Can someone confirm if it is supposed to taste that way???! We already drove off and didn't bother asking, so we legit went to another starbucks and got an iced chai tea latte ?. Not a great experience and would highly recommend NOT to get the nitro chai latte cause it tastes nothing like chai like not even a hint!!

Came here on the weekend and recieved amazing service from Michael at cash who was friendly and gave great drink suggestions. He was so excited for us to try the house affogato and mocha, which made our experience 100x better.

M	Mia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool setting and good atmosphere. Unfortunately not good coffee experience. We ordered two Macchiato and one with reserve espresso. It took quite a while that the staff got our request. The coffee didn’t taste good either. Noticed most of ppl got “drinks”. May worth a try.
