Zeeshan has been one of the most reliable and efficient real estate agent I’ve come across. I bought my first Toronto condo with him 4 years ago, and recently he has helped me sell it. As I was moving to the U.S. and had a short time to sell, Zeeshan promptly got to work to get the condo ready for the market and sold, despite the fact that the market was slow due to the COVID-19 pandemic during the summer months. It was an absolute pleasure working with Zeeshan, he made everything smooth and easy. Our condo sold with multiple offers in just 6 days and $5000 over our asking price. The unit was occupied by tenants which made this a bit tricky but Zeeshan worked with and around them - this included getting the unit cleaned, photographed and marketed for showings.
