REC Canada - The Real Estate Centre

It's September 2020 and I am finalizing my closing on a presale condo. In 2017 I attended a Real Estate Seminar where I first became acquainted with REC Canada Real Estate. I recall meeting Simeon Papailias for the first time. Only having just met him, he treated us like he had known us for years! I was impressed with his open, jovial, warm and engaging personality. Simeon took a personal interest in ensuring all our questions were answered to our satisfaction and hours later we left feeling like we had known Simeon for years! After signing off on our unit we continued to interact with REC via email as additional questions came up. For over two and a half years Laura Stewart was our REC contact who is always positively responsive in answering our questions. Not only did she answer in the same day but usually in the same hour. Thank you Laura for taking such excellent care of us! During this time we became acquainted with Jas Takhar via the REC weekly podcast experience on you tube. Jas you light up our weekends with your vibrant positive exuberant nature - never mind the stellar quality of guests that continue to educate us yet not even charging a cent!. Furthermore, I live in BC and now that my unit is closing I cannot personally attend to pick up my keys or find a tenant. REC once again has stepped up to the plate and Simeon is arranging to find a qualified tenant which REC will manage for the year as a complimentary service! One cannot find this Gold Star service anywhere else in Canada! Thank you TEAM REC and lastly thank you Tyler Walborne of REC concierge for assisted me in connecting me with Jeffrey Lemo re HST relief. A+ to all Team members! I didn't expect a response until the next day as my text was outside of business hours and due to the three hour time difference, I wanted to address my request while it was fresh in my mind. I rated the REC as five star with the following general metrics; Professionality, Good quality, Responsive and Good value. Here are some my personal experience in dealing with them: 1- have enjoyed and learned tremendously from their on-going Webinars on the latest on the Real Estate and some of the relevant hot issues 2- This is my first property through them, and have experienced professional attitude and deeds in every step of the way, from the the REC team in the office and the people on the ground. 3- Kate and Rosany have been tremendous help to look after our condo needs and generous with their patience

REC Canada was incredible to work with. Professional, efficient, and they show genuine care for their clients' needs. They have an inspiring team that work together like clockwork, propelled by Simeon & Bobby's leadership and you can't do better than going to them in the real estate business! Highly recommended.

My husband and I can't say enough nice things about the REC team! We worked with Jacob throughout August-October 2020 to purchase our dream home and we are extremely happy not only with the purchase, but the professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, and genuine care that we experienced working with him. Whenever we had questions (which was very frequent!), Jacob would respond right away and would address everything promptly. If Jacob wasn't available, he would let us know immediately and would have Alla contact us. We were always in very good hands with both of them and felt taken care of every step of the way. My wife and I have been working with REC to grow our real estate portfolio for the last 6 years and rely on them heavily. Jas and his partners are a great source of support, expertise, and access to opportunities. Their staff though, really sets them apart. Their director of concierge services,Tyler, and their sales team, Laura and Katie, have been instrumental in walking us through getting deals done and going above and beyond placing tenants in our units. The entire REC team is stupendous at what they do. Many companies tell you that as a client you are a member of their family but this organization really means it. From the Managing Partners (Jas and Simeon) to the Sales Representative Laura Stewart and Tyler in the Concierge area, they are there at every turn, meeting your questions and concerns right away, taking all the time you need so that you always go away fully satisfied. Buying real estate can be very stressful but this coordinated effort with all the experience being offered makes the experience seamless, easy, and effective. Do yourself a favour, don’t go anywhere else, just give them a call and see what I mean.

Hello all! I have to give praise/Kudo's to REC's excellent team! Last Sept (2020) I closed on a brand new Condo in Vaughan ON. REC's (Rasha Ghandour - RE / Leasing agent secured a tenant who stayed for the year. Rasha, Thank you again for taking care of the many details :) After the tenant gave notice to vacate, Darren Singh came on board and in a matter of days found and screened new tenants who will be moving in within 2 weeks. Darren, I want to give you a shout out for your exceptional support! You are always quick to respond, heard me out and provided all that I needed to make this happen. Being seasoned RE investors we have had may business relationships, but the REC Team is truly second to none. They have a passion in helping others achieve their goals and objectives by lending their expertise to point you in the right direction. As tenant issues arose, Zach and the REC team collaborated and simply added their legal team to the arsenal to manage the process and make it as seamless as possible so we wouldn't be further burdened by “minor nuisances”, that we had been subject to for many years.
