The staff had everything ready to go when we arrived for pickup and were so kind as to help me walk it over to my car. The associate who helped place my order was also super helpful in helping me figure things out.

The whole visit was probably 5 minutes. Worth trying if you have never been. The Mall is quite buzy so parking at times is challenging

Also, both of I and my partner who has this and normal burrito bowels suffered abdominal pain and diarrhea. Seriously, pls measure the sauce. It’s not because customer ordered you gave a lot of sauce which ruined the entire meals and customers’ body could not take at all. I’m very angry.

d	destiny raid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge quality drop from couple years ago, the steak was so dry and hard. Even with mild , and hot sauce the entire bowl was super dry and lacked any flavors. The girl working has no customer service skills asked for a lid and had to tell her to put the lid on the bowl, it wasn't even busy.

The staff didn't even bother to complete my order and started taking other people's order instead. I was left confused as to who is taking care of my order. 2. The place is not clean and the staff is very unprofessional. I am a huge Chipotle fan but this particular experience at this particular location just put me off.

Slow service at time, over spicy food (on non-spicy items like the chicken) and worst of all their take out. Ordered online for pick up, because of this you can't see them make the food so you need to trust in them to give you your moneys worth. This order was Extra Rice, Chicken and Lettuce. Simple and easy. You would think because I'm getting so little they would add a decent amount for my $14 dollar total. This is what I received. Common guys, I expected better. This is the first negative review I've ever written about any food place. I don't do this stuff but after so many mess ups, It's time to become a mini Karen.
