With that being said, my fiancé and I could have never gone through this process without Morgan, Tom and Amrit. Our whole home buying process took less than a year and during this time, my fiancé and I we were 100 percent a picky couple. We had many “must haves” on our list and looked at countless homes until we found our dream home that had everything we wanted. Morgan and the Storey team were there with us from the start to the end and always made themselves available at any time of the day to assist my fiancé and I. Morgan, Tom and Amrit were all very knowledgeable about the current market. They were patient, attentive, and accommodating. Heather listened to what we were looking for and then set about helping us find something that suited our needs. Understanding the competitive nature of the market, Heather always made herself available to us to see a house when we were interested - sometimes on very short notice. She always made us feel like our search was extremely important. As we went through the process, Heather made it easy for us - counselling us on different areas of the city, streets, schools etc. She would give us pros and cons - always striking the balance between letting us form our own opinions but also giving her input, where appropriate, to help guide us into making the right decision for our family going forward. We were connected to Wendy and we had an absolute pleasure working with her! Wendy took time to research our area, and even though we had lots of questions as the first-time landlords, she answered all our questions thoroughly and was very patient throughout the whole process of leasing. Wendy is highly knowledgeable, always available to chat when you need (she will even answer you promptly at late night) and she is the friendliest agent I have worked with by far!
