I've been dealing with an extremely loud, irritating, high-pitched noise in the building for over a week (last month the same noise went on for 2 weeks). It sounded like when a kettle on the stove is going off: high pitched ringing, for 24 hours a day. I've been complaining to the building manager and the company and told them it sounded like the pipes above me. Since the beginning, no one has taken my complaint seriously at all. I was told the noise was from outside, I was treated like I was the only person hearing the noise even though other people told me it was bothering them as well. I went to investigate myself yesterday and the noise was coming from a toilet upstairs in a vacant unit. They still never sent anyone out but at least the noise is gone. Thanks to me being Nancy Drew. This company is a joke!!!! Don't live in their buildings!

All the staff I have dealt with from site level through management are professional, courteous and focused on proper maintenance. Management takes electrical and life safety system repairs very seriously and and it's evident to contractors that Greewin is serious with their commitment to provide quality properties. I have recommended Greenwin properties to many acquaintances who are looking for professionally managed, clean and safe rental properties.

They do not respond to questions or requests, nobody will take responsibility, and they blatantly lie. If you can get a response, it is condescending with an elitism mentality from the building management. They have no compassion for their loyal tenants. Plus they try to lie and manipulate the rules and regulations to get more money in their pockets. Trust me, they are so nice and quickly respond until you sign a lease. As soon as you sign, you are a meaningless rat they neglect and collect money from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Despite the quick turnaround that was required to complete the job, the staff I was dealing with in Greenwin's head office were calm, extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. (I'll bet those working full-time at Greenwin feel the same!)

Building is well maintained and appreciate the relationship i have developed with great site staff. Covid has been tough , but throughout the past 2 years, i am pleased at the protocols taken to live in this property safely .
