They have a policy where the agent gets commission paid only if you are satisfied with their service, this makes soo much difference to the service you get, unlike any other brokerage, dealing with Justo made buying house a great experience and not a stressful one. Not to mention the cash back you get which is like the cherry on the cake. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
