The whole process from my first phone call all the way up to point of purchase and finalizing everything went smooth and I couldn't be any happier with the property I purchased. Amir is very professional, extremely patient and brutally honest and will not hesitate in telling you things you may not like to hear but I really appreciate this since that means he is invested in the long term financial well being and happiness of his clients. Now that my purchase is complete, I texted him this morning and said I miss going to showings with you! Amir makes that entire process pleasant and enjoyable yet informative and efficient. Before Amir, we were experiencing some setbacks with selling our property, but after working with him, he successfully sold our property with ease in a short period of time, also bringing in lots of his own clientele and the person who purchased our home was one of his previous clients. He stood out from the other agents because he takes the approach of advising on the real estate sale process and assisting in helping making the choices that I felt was best for me. He provided insights on how to approach the process and most importantly he was always polite, courteous and patient in his approach. A key value for me is that he is willing to listen, discuss and debate you on how to approach the process which can be overwhelming if you are not familiar with it. He does not pressure you into making decisions and is open to explaining the options and choices. During the actual listing and then eventual sale, I found he had a great understanding of the dynamics of the local real estate marketplace and how to position the property and then negotiate with buyers for a successful and quick sale. He is also a very hard worker as I would call him at late hours and he would be available. Overall, I would rate the experience I had with Amir highly.
