★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was away for a few months and needed to know the new maintenance fee rates in order to pay. I called 5 times in the span of 2 weeks, had a rude and unprofessional agent take my calls stating that I would receive a callback....still no callback.

When an apartment flooded two others, Royale Grande's representative quit. Immediately, suddenly. Tensions grew for more than four weeks while our building wondered what to do next. The replacement representative lasted a couple months.

Property management boss just said we will investigate inthis issue. charging too much cost for repair project and not good for collecting quote from contractor and biding process. when unit owner had issue from contractor, management had never take action.

Management had us pay for the dammages. We were never given a proper invoice to see if the bill matched the work. Without the invoice complete. Looks like we will never see the money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without diving into too much details; the company is just terrible when it comes to communication. They don’t respond, rude and their just overall pain to deal with. Had I known they were in charge of looking after our property - I would not of lived in the complex. They have multiple bad reviews and their a C rating on the BBB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor communication by my on site management at my condo. Contractors dont show up when they are supposed to then just show up out of the blue with no notice wanting access to my unit for non emergency repairs. Condo declaration rules are not enforced in my building and the property is becoming trashy. Stay away from this company or any building they are managing.
