β β β β β I use this online retailer a fair bit. They seem to have what I need in stock when I need it. There customer service team is great. I had an issue with a piece of gear not working as intended, sent them an email to the RMA team along with a video, no hassle at all they took care of me. Read through the comments there are dozens like this one. AVShop.ca is a destination for online shopping I feel I can trust.

β β β β β Probably the worst experience Iβve ever had trying to give a company 500 bucks ? itβs almost hilarious how bad it was. They refused to ship because we were trying to send a midi keyboard to our condo in Calgary instead of our house in Cochrane where my credit card was billed to and seriously thought I was going to alter all my billing information to appease them. If I want to send my mother a gift in a different province Iβm not changing my address because you say so. Needless to say after explaining this fact multiple times and they stopped responding we canceled our order. It almost seemed like a phishing scam how they were so interested in our personal information besides your everyday average information required to order off the internet. Just a creepy experience to the core. First and last attempt Iβll ever make to purchase anything from AVSHOP.

β β β β β Be careful with this store if you need something promptly because they drop ship some of their products without making that clear on the website. Itβs a deceptive practice which results in waiting a week or more for delivery whereas competitors can deliver it for the next day or two.

β β β β β My first online order with AVShop.ca went very well. I ordered a pair of AudioEngine speakers with stands for our studio and they were received without issue. They work and sound great. I actually had to contact AVShop's customer support to add the stands to the order as I forgot to do that. And it just so happened that at that time, AVShop began a 10% off promotion for Boxing Day, so I asked them if they would modify my order to add the stands AND apply the 10% promo for me, and they did! Their turnaround time during the holidays was pretty quick, too. Fantastic customer service, and convenient online ordering process. Would buy from them again! Recommended.

Processing is quick, everything comes as described, undamaged. the lone time I contacted support with a question they were extremely quick to respond as well. Easy going sales staff who are knowledgeable and gladly answer questions, and problem-solve when wrinkles occur to make your buying experience painless.
