E	Eric Diep on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you really want something, you will find a way to get it. Thank you Casa-Imperial restaurant for not so nice to us when we asked for a table of 4. End up we searched and went to Elegance Chinese Cuisine and Banquet with excellent foods, great services and cheaper price as well. How? The manager asked us to order faster after we sat down because we still in special hours for promotion price (we didn't know but he informed us). Waitress came back to check and fill hot water for our tea 3 times. Before foods came, they give us a real hot bowl of water to wash our utensils and the tips included had been informed us (i went to a Vietnamese restaurant in Mississauga last time and they didn't let me know they included tip when we only have 4 people ?) More importantly, foods are amazing. You must try their steamed bun with milk custard and egg yolk; baked BBQ pork puffs; egg tart; chicken feet; siu mai, hargow and short ribs as well ? This Dim-Sum place is now going to be on my list from now on, no more Casa-Imperial due to the rudeness of the front desk lady (thank you);? @ Elegance Chinese Cuisine and Banquet
n	never ains on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for Dim Sum and I must say the flavor was pretty good compared to others in the area. service was quick as the wait staff cleared empties quickly and the food came out quickly. Only downer was they don't have the typical BBQ pork buns at other restaurants but they have a pineapple style BBQ pork buns.

They have taken measures to protect against covid by spacing out the tables, use of masks & they even provide a bowl of boiled water for you to cleanse your own utensils. The food portions were big, very fresh ingredients & delicious. The customer service was excellent, the manager even told us to make sure to order before the earth bird ended so that we could get a discount. I will definitely be back.

Make sure to arrive and have a table before 10:40am if you want to have morning tea pricing during weekend or holidays(11:00am for weekdays) Traditional dim sum place and quality is not too bad. Come here pretty often. I think you will not be disappointed for most of their dim sum and their dishes.

We did not come often before because only 1 or 2 waitress is polite and attentive while others gave bad attitude most of time. Food is as good as before and portion is big. With the proper setup and improved service, definitely a good choice.

Service is pretty good, food came out fairly quickly and was tasty. Food was not too oily, meat was juicy and fried food was crispy. My favorite dishes were the egg yolk bun, squid tentacles, siu mai, and egg tarts. Would definitely come back here.

However, Elegance is one place that still maintained early morning flat fees for each dim sum dish at $4. This restaurant is always very bright, spacious between each table and service is fast. Most importantly, their dim sums are great in quality, texture and delicious! I love their turnip cakes, savoury meat dumplings, and steamed rice noodle rolls. And if you like durian, their durian pastry too.
