The doctor is friendly and responsible, and always tells me clearly. The young lady at the front desk looked serious and was actually very good.

Any fine here, a fine of $150 ๏ผsee the patient let the patient run multiple times, is to collect more money from the government! The reception is bad!
There is a fine fine here. If you are late, you will be fined $150. If you want to see a doctor, you have to run the patient many times, in order to collect more money from the government! The attitude at the front desk is very bad!

โ โ โ โ โ love Dr. Chris Tan, younge doctor but care about his clients. Talking to him feels like talking to a real person, not just a doctor trying to max his patients fees from the government. The only thing I do not like is have to remove shoes everytime when entering the room.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. is good , but the receptionist is really really bad, very rude attitude, and every time call to book an appointment like having a fight and she seemed dispute with somebody very time I passed by her desk when I saw my DR. made serval times appointment by mistake then call me to cancel . Hardly to contact with and see Dr. because of the receptionist , Haven't seen by DR. over a year because she made serval times appointment by mistake then call me to cancel .

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Tan, You are a nice doctor, based on my past 7 yearsโ experience. But your reception lady talked to me in a bad way. Can you please talk to your receptor how to pick up a call and make a reservation in a professional way? If she talked to me in a bad way, I will consider choosing another family doctor. I am serious about this.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor Chang is good, she is caring all the time, the receptionist Diana was very rude, but last time when I did my yearly check-up, It seemed the rude receptionist left. Also when I book the appointment the recording used to be her voice. now is changed. That's good. The reception is the face of a clinic, please be sure you use the right person.

โ โ โ โ โ First, if you are a Mandarin speaker and do not speak English, communication with Dr. Chang will be very tough.
Dr. Chang can performance her routine family doctor tasks, but if you have special needs or requirement from her, support is very limited.
For example, my child received a vaccination recommended by Dr. Change that replaced mandatory vaccination on the yellow card. Daycare center therefore requires explanation of the absence of mandatory vaccination from the Dr. When I called the doctor for help, I was told something like "child care should not ask for that information". Awesome Logic! It ended up myself had to call the insurance company to figure out what kind of vaccination was given to my child by the doctor (I couldn't read the yellow card due to her poor handwriting) and do the research to justify the vaccination in order to register my child for daycare. I don't think she cares about her clients or has any problem solving skills, or both.
Another example, I have been suffering pain from a symptom and mentioned to her every time on my three visits during past 6 years. Every time she just shake her head without any comments showing she cares. Her explanation is simply you need to change your habit.
