★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst receptionist I ever met, do not ask too many questions or do not make them repeat their answer to you, they will give you long face, I heard they yell at people, no patient to senior, these two receptionist Donna and Helen seems will get awards to be rude, they never be nice, I feel sorry for Dr. Leung and Kwan to have such horrible staff, probably is hard to hire new staff, but I still happy with both of the doctor, thanks for your hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kwan really cares about her patients! I feel comfortable talking to her about anything and she is proactive about investigating and following up on new symptoms. She makes all of her patients feel heard. The receptionists have always been good to me. They are efficient, they always do what they say they'll do, and they follow up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ should be 0 review, yes both rudest secretaries I ever seen in my life, also they are so scare while patients come to the office so why the doctor have patients to visit of with normal report, they can talk over the phone, why bother .....
