β β β β β Henry made me feel very comfortable and confident. He answered all of my questions about my Mercedes GL. I never felt rushed, no pressure, he was kind and friendly. I went to a handful of dealerships before RockCliff and I felt like the dealers were either rushing me to make a decision without wanting to answer all my questions or they were just plain crooks.
I will definitely be recommending Henry at Rockcliff Markham to any of my friends or family members who are looking to purchase a vehicle.

He answered all of my questions in a timely manner (even after hours, which I didn't expect), never pressured me to make a decision, worked with my crazy schedule, and made the whole car purchasing experience easy and stress free. I absolutely love my new (to me) car! It was spotless inside and out and runs beautifully. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle.
