Bought a Silverado back in 2017. Transmission blew 3 years later. We had to bring it to Mr. Transmission for an immediate fix as it's a work truck. The dealership quoted 1-2 weeks to repair vs 3 days from Mr. Transmission. After 6 weeks of back and forth, GM decided they wouldn't honour the warranty and pay for the transmission (not even a portion). It's a shame as we have bought GM our entire life and they would screw us over bureaucratic nonsense. Time to look for a new car company for our fleet.

Great staff, great customer service!!! Serviced my vehicle and while there, I had great interactions with sales, service, and the mechanics. The energy of the whole team made my experience a positive one. If I could give six stars, I wouldn’t hesitate in doing so. Great work guys!!! Keep shining ??

I bought a new 2022 Cadillac XT5, upon taking delivery the vehicle would not connect to Onstar, on board navigation does not work, voice recognition when attempting to phone via Bluetooth does not respond, unable to set up user profiles. The green light indicating Onstar functionality is not illuminated. A faulty Onstar module has been diagnosed. New module from USA ordered and to be installed by local dealership. I believe this should all of been identified by the dealership and corrected prior to delivery to customer. The vehicle was nice and clean however, hence 1 star.

I bought a 2021 Cadillac CT4 Sport AWD from this dealership in December 2021 and I was amazed by the service here. Kenny was appointed as my dealer and all the formalities were completed within 45mins. Within a week the car was delivered at my doorstep. It was an awesome experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family ?.

Today around 10:00 am I had bad experience since ever in service department of GMC/Chevrolet Markham with the agent as well as the manager of that department. I went there for quotations in order to fix my Chevrolet Cruze 2011 model and already shown them my diagnosis first but they give me price of 1055.00 CAD to fix only for thermostats heater And brake censor which I did fix outside for 350.00 CAD. For just diagnosed and quotation they want to pay aleast 283.00 CAD beside fixing and I refused to pay a penny. Finally at the end the manager rude behaviour told me to not come/visit here anymore.

We bought a used 2015 Subaru Forester from Kenny. He was very friendly and professional. It’s a car dealership, so of course the sales people will try to talk you into spending more money than you need to. But Kenny and team were extremely efficient and I found the whole experience to be low-stress, which is the most you can ask for, in my opinion. They were 100% honest and transparent about the condition of the vehicle (unlike another used car dealership we had been to the weekend before) and the price we negotiated was fair. Thanks, Kenny!
