I had to wait for my car for more than 6 hours to install my winter tires and change my engine oil because they thought I wanted to leave my car at the dealership for the day. Although I never said or mentioned such a thing. The best part was the service rep tried to blame me for not telling them that I wanted to pick up my car on the same day. Did he ask me if I wanted to pick the car on the same day? No. he did not and refused to take responsibility. If I had not called them again, I would have ended up waiting for my car until the next day without knowing anything. I dropped my car at 8:30 am and I ended up picking my car after 2 pm. This whole situation ruined my entire afternoon plans for that day. I completely lost my trust in this dealership and I will never go to this place again.

I've been wanting to get a new vehicle for a while and I finally found the time to do some research and start shopping. However, as anyone whos looking for a car right now knows, its very difficult to find stock let alone actually see any new vehicles with the current supply issues. I visited another local dealership first, but I felt pressured to make a decision with the limited stock and they didn't really make me feel like they valued my business or that they were giving me the best price. So I followed my gut and went to another dealership - glad I chose Longman's!! I was greeted warmly at the front by Colleen who checked me in and then remembered my name - It definitely made me feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, they had a Seltos unit available for a test drive which is hard to find but definitely helped me feel better about my decision. My salesperson was Justin and he was GREAT! He's knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. He worked with the other departments seamlessly and helped to make sure I got a good value for my trade -in. He was even able to help 5 other customers while serving me with the same level of service. Finally I met with Niko to finance my vehicle and he was so nice and made an usually intimidating experience worry free. I kept a few of them there a little after 5pm on a Friday but they all still greeted me with a smile and celebrated my new purchase with me. They're definitely doing something right here and I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Longmans!

He shows me a really good service quality before the car goes in hand. And he promised and said to me, he will make Every thing good for me like his own brother. But after this, the after sales is really unacceptable and he becomes arrogance to reply me every questions about after sales. He urged me to ask my parents for money to purchase the service. I really don't like this.

On a whim I decided to take the new Forte out since it’s similar in style to my Honda Accord. Loved all the safety features that the new car had that the others did not. The sales team was awesome. No pressure at all…just laid out all the financing options and specials for the new and used cars. I decided to spend a little more for the new car (with the extensive warranties ) and I do not regret it at all. The entire family loves the new car! It's so sporty and the colour is gorgeous. Thank you!!

There have been few negative reviews and is upsetting. The pandemic, supply, labor, shipping constraints give everyone a hard life and hope it being the only contributing factor. 2022 should be decent year. Late Dec 2021.Tomorrow is a NEW beginning.
