I had an amazing first time experience ever visiting a dealership at Plaza Kia. Vi showed me everything there is to know about with the available options at Kia, provided me with every solution to properly acquire the car as well. He is a one of kind car salesman. Although I did not purchase the car, Vi was very respectful and informed me very well with the vehicle and other alternatives.

I recently purchased a new car from this location. The sales representative, Dylan Mohammed, was approachable and knowledgeable. Unlike other sales reps at dealerships I visited, Dylan listened to my needs, didn't push for the sale, and made me feel he was truly there to help me find the right fit for me. It was by far the best experience of any dealerships I visited. He was also available by text for any questions I had while deciding and after buying. The car is great and I am happy with my decision.

Spoke to a sales consultant by the name of Dylan. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars I was looking into getting. He knew most of the answers to my questions and provided great solutions to the concerns that I had.

Like all dealerships, you need to pay attention to ensure you're not committing to things that aren't necessary. That being said, I have been using the service dep't here for 6 years and have had mostly very good experiences. The people are nice, the mechanics are excellent and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.

I've had a lease with Kia for the past 5 years and am coming up on the end of the agreement. My initial impression when signing on was less than stellar. The sales personal were cold and condescending, and they didn't seem interested in providing much discussion concerning lease insurance, and end of lease options. In fact, when I first signed on to the lease, I was informed by one of the male financial services specialists, that the prospect of buying out at the end of the lease wasn't even a possibility. When I called recently do discuss options, I was met by someone who held the same demeanor as the financial service specialist I encountered 5 years earlier (highly suspect it's the same individual). He provided no substantial conversation, and provided next to no options concerning either a lease buyout or trade in upgrade. I would've liked to call him out here, but he never actually provided me with his name when my call was transferred to him. However, once I managed to get in touch with Fariha, the experience was completely transformed. Not only was she warm, inviting, and engaging, she provided a myriad of available options and possibilities to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. She not only went out of her way to make sure I was given the best possible deal, she was in frequent communication with me during the entire process. I cannot stress enough how much more enjoyable and professional she was. For those who are also coming to term, I would request to speak to her. Fariha is the reason why I will do business with this location in the future, and the sole reason for the high review.

The best Kia dealership I’ve ever been to! Gissoo is by far the most professional, friendly, kind, and caring sales consultant. Not only that, she is a huge help as a person. She listens to you and what you need and she guides you through everything. Either book an appointment or walk-in and you will not regret it.

Their facilities are nice, waiting for service is comfortable and their service technicians are polite and efficient as is their representation at the parts desk. However, our recent experience with a lease buyout was suboptimal to say the least. They made us book an appointment with their sales manager and made us come in just to run our VIN and give us the total and tell us to book an appointment with their service department to do a safety certification. All of which I think could have been accomplished on the phone or through email. Then when we come in to give him our payment, he gives us back a Vehicle Turn-In Confirmation, where the odometer reading was pulled out of thin air as it didn't resemble the one on the safety certification, and didn't even bother to sign it until we asked him about it, and his response was, "if you want one". Overall I find him unprofessional and flippant. Other dealerships I've dealt with, their staff are much more warm, welcoming, and professional. If I can help it, I won't be buying another car from them again.

Dylan and Paul were so patient with us when I was looking into leasing a new car. I went in looking for the Soul and was convinced that a better vehicle was out there for me, and they were right! I'm loving my new Kia Seltos and have Dylan to thank for being the opposite of what I assumed in a car sales-man - he was not pushy or aggressive at all, but instead kept a very relaxed demeanour and let me take my time, which was exactly what I needed to make my decision. Paul, who I believe to be the sales manager, was incredibly supportive and it truly felt like he did whatever he could to make sure we walked away happy - and I know I didn't make his job easy. A few days later I reached back out to ask if I could change the color of the vehicle I picked and he was still incredibly accommodating. The entire leasing a car process was made to be very seamless by this team, and pickup day was a breeze. We were in and out in 1.5hr. If it's not already obvious, I highly recommend this dealership and this team if you're looking into getting a new car. Thanks again for everything, Dylan and Paul!
