The report included pictures of the issues and the recommendations to fix. They fixed the issue I reported promptly and professionally. I would take my vehicle there again.

Josh and the team at AutoNiche did an excellent job on my car. I am happy with their exceptional customer service from start to finish. Their after service advisory on the brakes and the re-torquing of the wheel follow-up were appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed my service experience. I took my Chevy Volt in for regular oil change. Yes, I got the car wash as complementary service. What I also got was a complete online report with detailed pictures, issues and suggested solutions with links to more info on solutions! In this day and age of online presence, AutoNiche has beaten dealers who still give you a handwritten report that is barely legible. The icing on the service was a full charge top-up. I have to beg by previous dealership to put my car on charge and it is rarely done. So happy to support a local business that has created a niche for itself. Kudos to Eric to all the help. Original review: Very friendly service with great flexibility on drop off and pick up options. Ask for Josh and you will be well taken care of.

After inspecting my snow tires, the technician recommended that they should not be installed due to the worn out threads on the tires. Josh was also kind enough to not charge the mounting fee. Very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the business.

Their shuttle service is for the Markham area and since we live outside this area, we are often provided with a loaner vehicle for when our vehicle is needed for most of a day. If waiting at the shop, there is an area for kids and beverages are offered as well. We bring our car in for regular maintenance, tire changes and tire storage. We have also brought it in for repairs. Prices are very fair for the detailed service provided and there isn't any pressure at all if there are services you'd rather delay or not do. There is a detailed report with pictures provided with every service, which also explains what things mean (something I appreciate as someone who doesn't know much about cars!) They also give a call to go over any questions we may have. Josh has always provided exceptional customer service and the whole team has been very helpful with questions and quick in responding to emails. Eric is a new service advisor who appears to be stepping in for Josh while he is on leave, and so far has also been very responsive to our emails.
