β β β β β I just picked up a Toyota RAV4 XLE and I must say I had absolutely amazing experience. Starting from my first inquiry through the website and promptly receiving a call from Sam Francella. After few rounds of back and forth over the phone and in person finally Sam got what we wanted. In my last 4 weeks of experience with various dealers across GTA I found that Sam was not pushy at all. Didn't keep calling, unnecessarily bothering during weekdays during office time. He also accommodated my last minute pick up date change and be there at the dealership even on his day off. Finally very happy with him. Secondly I must thank Grace for stepping in and going out of her way to help and advising me on financing and after cross checking with my accountant it came out true. She got me the best interest rates and also was calling and emailing me on her day off to make my last minute pick up change date possible.
Overall with such kind of team at Markville Toyota I think they know very well that they are absolute best. Wishing you my best.

Special thanks to Anthony Liu who coordinated the sale process end to end very efficiently and kept me informed regarding the delivery of the vehicle amid all production issues the automotive industry is facing. He has been very efficient and responsive throughout. The back office process also went well.
Thank you to Bowen who helped in coordinating the paper worked fast and smooth ensuring vehicle is delivered as promised.
