l	laydeedeathstrike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING SERVICE and QUICK RESPONSES!!!! I did not make an appointment and walked-in and was greeted so nicely by the staff. Someone came out right away to look at the damage and spoke to me in a very kind tone (not rushed) and it was very informative. I received a quote within 10 minutes and just waited at the body shop while I continued with my work (there's a work area and free WiFi) - loved their attention to detail and service! Highly recommended for any fine and extensive body work for any Tesla model. When I was here, I saw so many people coming in with all sorts of issues for their Tesla Model 3/S/X!! I was SO happy with the price too - they will not charge you an arm and a leg - best body shop in the GTA hands down! Our Tesla looks brand new/original - like nothing had ever happened :)

Prices were very reasonable, get a quote first. Shop is pretty far from me but the times I do need part installation I'm always going to them.

As a business owner myself, I will try to model some of this as well. Rasched (technician) went above and beyond to keep repair costs down so I didn’t need to go through insurance. For an industry that has a negative reputation as one that takes advantage of people, these guys are the gold standard. Thank you
G	GORD BRIDGES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband & I want to thank velocity for their outstanding customer service. In 2020 our RAV 4 was rear ended. We brought it to Velocity for the body work, again great job. We had a code on the vehicles display, brought it to a authorized service dealer Feb2, 2020. They told us that a sensor & wiring harness had to be replaced. We went back to Velocity, they looked at it, showed us pictures, determined there was nothing wrong with the sensor, fixed the wiring. We were on our way, NO CHARGE. We will definitely recommend Velocity to family & friends.

The status emails and photos are a great service they provide to their customers. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. I did have to go back as I found some issues that occurred during the fix (compound specks, tape marks and dust in paint). But they worked very hard at fixing the problems. I respect that they stand by their work that much. I would recommend them and use them again.
