★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation at 9am and they finally provide a car at 9:40, can’t believe there is only 1 small compact car in a rental car company, and it is not even ready, what is the point of providing pick up reservations if is is not ready? so disappointed and it’s completely unacceptable
CSR attitude is not genuine and sincere at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a reservation for an insurance claim and never got a call back for pick up confirmation. Reservation was made months ago by my insurance agency with a reservation code. All my calls to this location were routed to the states. The call center could only tell me to wait for this location to call me to confirm my pick up time. My rental is for tomorrow 8am and I highly doubt they’re going to call me first thing in the morning when they open. Called them every day for 4 days and same trash experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store and expressed my need; the stuff said they did not have a car at the moment so they gave me a booking confirmation # and asked me to come back the next day at 10AM. I called a Uber to get there the next day as scheduled, only to find that there was again no car at all. So what is the booking confirmation # for and why no one called me to not come? What a waste of my time and money! Then the stuff promised me that they would call me the moment they had a car available. Never called. Very disappointed!

Thane was the manager who helped me, and he went above and beyond - professional, courteous, and customer service was extraordinary. I've been to other Enterprise's in the city. But I'll be returning here whenever I come back to Toronto
