โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience with our truck rental. We rented a truck, did the walk around with Flavio. He informed us to fill it up to the top, which we did as we got full service at the gas station beside them. He did not inform us that after the gas clicks, you had to fill it up even more. We were charged an extra $25 for a fuel service fee. Spoke with Khoa and the manager Dan. Unwilling to budge. I do not recommend this place the trucks are badly maintained as the light inside doesn't even work and there was broken glass in the truck. Rather go to a more reputable company like Bristol in Richmond Hill. DO NOT COME HERE!!

โ โ โ โ โ DON'T rent from here. They gave me a discount then overcharged me.
I took the 407 and got billed $50 each time I went on. When I got the invoice, I called and asked why they didn't tell me. They said I'm supposed to know.
I called visa, they declined and refunded me and now Budget sent it to collections.
What a headache.
Even though it's a small amount, I will not back down for their unprofessionalism.

โ โ โ โ โ The truck rental price here was originally more expensive than any truck rental company in GTA, and there is no free kilometers at the end of the month, the truck rental price will double. Disgusting operation is not like a chain store at all, I hope you don't give them the opportunity to cheat you for your money.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not show up late! They close at 4 pm sharp! Cannot be late they lock the door at exactly 4pm. You will not get your rental nor your money back. Check their cancellation policy. Especially, if you pre-pay.

โ โ โ โ โ The only car and truck rental place open on Sundays in the Markham area, which makes this my go-to place for single day moves.
An added bonus: they have security on-site after hours so you can feel safe knowing that your rental won't be tampered with after they've closed.
