Today was my first visit to the dealership. I went to buy a used car. The sales departments are in a temporary location while their main facility is under construction. That said, the sales facility was quite nice. COVID protocols were in effect. Met with Frankie, my assigned sales rep. He was very helpful. I feel I got a good deal on the car I purchased. The car itself was in good condition; there was one possible problem, and Frankie said this would be fixed before they deliver the car. My total time there was about 1.5 hours, including the test drive. The car was promised for the day after tomorrow. So far, I am very pleased with my treatment. Neither Frankie nor Lillian (financial services manager) put any pressure on me to buy add-on warranties or other services, etc., although these were clearly explained to me.

Amazing service from my salesman Harold at DVN Hyundai everything was fast and smooth and was able to get me the exact car I wanted way quicker than I expected. Would definitely buy here again!

Iโ€™m done with Hyundai. Must read before you buy a Hyundai!! We faced many difficulties when getting car services. Below is our experience and we hope no one will need to face the same issue again. In order to buy out the lease, we called both Hyundai dealership and finance. No one really knew whatโ€™s the process. The customer specialist asked us to go to the dealership, and the dealership suggested to ask the finance (financial services). At the dealership, no one really knew if we can buy out the car at a dealership which is different from the one we signed the lease from. Finally we got every info needed in order to buy out the leased car. We needed a safety check to prove this car is drivable. We booked an appointment at North Don Valley Hyundai, but got really upset about their service. Firstly, they communicated that the check takes 1 hour while in the end we wasted around 4 hours sitting in their temporary built customer waiting area. We sent the car in at 2pm and didnโ€™t hear back till 5:30pm, we walked to the reception desk in fear of their office hours are ending soon, and the girl came back to tell us everything is fine but the front bumper is cracked so the car couldnโ€™t pass the safety check. The reason is that it might hurt passengers if theyโ€™re walking too close to the car. Even tho the car didnโ€™t pass the safety check, we still had to pay $227 and need to come back again after we fix the bumper. The dealership wasnโ€™t able to fix it. We thought if the bumper is a problem, either the mechanic or the customer service could ask if we still wanted to go through the safety check. Instead, we waited for 4 hours and spent $227 for nothing. We went to Fix Auto to get our bumper fixed, and we wanted to book an appointment again to get the safety check certificate. The phone wasnโ€™t reaching anyone during office hours. We called and left three messages, sent an email to the service, and didnโ€™t hear back. In the end, a Hyundai sales sent us an email with interest in buying our car; we wrote back we were facing difficulties reaching the service department, and 30 minutes after we sent the email to sales, the service representative called us. We werenโ€™t able to book another appointment until a week after, and because of that, we had to extend our lease again. We regret getting a Hyundai Elantra for sure. *Disclaimer: This happened in August, 2021. We decided to let it go at that time but recently weโ€™ve had bad experiences with other Hyundai dealership so we thought we would post and share our leasing experience.

I have sold my Subaru to Don Valley North Hyundai, not only the price they offer is amazing, also their service. Frankie has got the best deal for me and I appreciated his professionalism, absolutely transparent and not pushy. Followed up with all the work and got me the cheque I wanted! Keep up the good work!

Thank You Don Valley North Hyundai for delivering an exceptional experience! I wanted to trade my 2020 Tucson for a hybrid. They gave me a really good price and locked in that rate for the next 6 months. So I was able to drive my old car without any restrictions until I got my new one. You can't beat that deal! Shout out to Abu who was a professional in very aspect of the word. Kept me updated and answered any questions I had. Also a big thanks to Lillan as well for making the financial part of buying the car seamless. Keep up the good work!

From start to finish I had a great experience here. Updates along the way as the car was coming in were perfect, making a deal was seamless, pickup of the vehicle was great. All around had a great experience here, and the car itself is fantastic. To top it off they included a special detailing kit as a surprise upon pickup, due to the matte paint. Super thankful.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership, my salesperson Geetansh was awesome he made sure I was comfortable and understood everything he was explaining to me. I could always ask a question if I was unsure and he would answer me and didn't get frustrated.When everything was done I jokingly asked to have a bow on my car. It really touched my heart when I showed up to get my car and there was a big pink bow on it.

It's very late post.. that it's been over 1 year and half .. already. I do want to thank Daniel Shin for helping me out for my first car! He was very helpful that explaining all details and things I wasn't familiar with .. (a lot of them) I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and could afford. He gave me a lot of options and his team helped me with finance advise as well. I got Hyundai Venue white 2020, this car is perfect for me to commute to my work. I was and I'm still very happy with my decision!!! Go Hyundai!!!
