★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really terrible experience with agent Angel Yu. She is really hard to communicate with and always make the simple questions to be complex. She never cooperated with client on time and can’t transfer the information effectively. Made me feel bad and changed to other agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience with Broker Jin Ming Li. Due to his poor English he mistook me saying that I was about to switch to a new job for a better opportunity to somehow thinking I was unemployed and looking for work.
As a result of this he advised his client in Oakville to not accept my rental application for a house.
I understand this brokerage is in Markham, and not sure why he represented a client in Oakville, although the Asian landlord I met with did not speak enough English to converse.
I would suggest that if English is your first language that you should consider hiring an interpreter during conversations with this agency so you don't experience similar language issues as I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and unprofessional experience with agent Siu Sen Wong.
1. He doesn't respect client's time that he was late for 1h and 3+h meeting me twice plus didn't give sincere apology. He was rushing to leave after 10min even though the process wasn't completed saying his friend was waiting for him while I have been waiting for an hour.
2. He doesn't follow procedure. Normally, every document has to be sent to both lawyers before client. But he skipped the step (which I'm not aware of) so after signing, he kept chasing me money despite of lacking of lawyers' approval and blaming me not paying money.
3. He never apologized for his mistake. He put my name wrong in the contract but still asked me to ignore the contract and just give him money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience with Elly Zhang. She is nice and trustworthy.
I was really urgent finding a new rental place. I can see she put in lots of effort showing me listings and bring me around over the month. She gave me worthwhile advice on every place we visited. We saw like almost 20 listings and finally got a great place!!
I would definitely recommend Elly Zhang and her partner Ken Chen! Everything was smooth and handled professionally and I really appreciate the effort she put in!!!!

She’s always willing to help and will use both traditional and ‘new generation’ tools (YouTube, 3D Virtual tours/open houses, et all) to help find you the best buyer for your property. I can see why she is their top agent and ‘go to’ trainer for new staff.
